Drifting has been a sport that has been captured and documented in way that has only ever allowed people to see drifting. What this film intends to do is not only to allow people to see the sport and lifestyle of drifting but to feel what drifting is really about through the power of film, to bridge the international gap showing that we all share the same passion and motives.
We put you in the grand stand to watch the action as it unfolds. Drifting is more then just cars its about the people in the sport, the spectators aswell as the drivers.
The full films contents will include :
- Drifting from a spectators point of view
- Special feature interviews with drivers
- Interviews with the community
- Touge mountain drifting with the locals
- Amazing action from local and D1SL grass roots events from around Japan
- Everything the community has asked for but has yet to see in any other film

This is just a progress video clip to show you we are moving forward week by week with filming.
Nothing special nothing in depth just a quick slap together for you.
Hello all, would you please take a moment to read everything here its important and its for you!
My passion for this sport and the drift community can not be expressed in words its so huge and its what keeps me going, no drift no life.
Now I’m sure you have all seen my recent work with the Ebisu Drift Matsuri and D1 Mobara videos, I’m sure your well aware that I’m a poor kid living on TV dinners just so I can pay the rent and film events, don’t even get me started on my JZX90 drift car that just gets hard parked 70% of the year. If you have not seen my work please check below for 3 of my latest videos.
To the chase, I have watched every drift DVD there is to do with drifting and the culture based around the drifting community and not one of them even came close to anything I have been around since being in Japan. These films cut through the darkness and the behind the scene action and get straight to the drifting, be it street drifting or D1 level drifting. Name a single DVD out there that gives you a proper take on drifting and the real culture and OUR community, a DVD that your parents can watch and will actually understand why you love the sport so much, a DVD that anyone can watch without even liking cars but can come to an understanding of how drifting works and why it runs through your blood, when your wife or girl friend complains you have no money you put the DVD on to shut them up. There is no DVD like this because a simple drift DVD can not capture these moments, you need a drift documentary for all of this.
This is part II of the coverage in the 3 piece series giving you a never before seen insight into the drifting madness within Japan. I say never before seen because not person has filmed an Ebisu Drift Matsuri where they have put themselves only inches from then panel smashing body breaking action.
This video is ment for your eyes and ears, everything gells together. I spent a heap load of time editing the video to match the songs beat, with screen color changes, flashes, cars cutting into the scene at the right time, it all seems to work, its not a high impact video but it just easy to watch.
I wish i had a 60FPS slow motion capable camera it would of really made this video 100% better but I have to work with what I have because im poor! Some one give me money!!!
